Titleless

nothing ever touches anything else
not really
but right now
our electrons are
powerless
to repel one another
because you've invaded
you have entered
you've been invited into
the space that my body occupies

i sigh
i smile
physics shrugs

  1. I really like your poetry. It seems we have similar styles. I do hope you will continue to write and continue to post it.

Thank you for your comments on my blog. Maybe one of these days we will figure out how to combat cruelty.

  2. Thank you! I must continue to write, it's compulsory. I do need to start posting some more poetry, though.

I think we are figuring it out, little by little.

  7. Thanks. I was listening to a Bill Bryson book and he talked about how anything that touches is actually the electrons of the two things repelling one another. I, naturally, though of what that means in terms of sex. This is what came of that.
